Melodee, Kevin and I knew we appreciated you when we were looking for a house in the Fort Worth/Arlington area a few years ago. Goodness, you ran all over the metroplex and showed us houses for nearly a year before we finally found something that suited us. We really felt guilty it took us so long and about running you ragged. But, you always did it with a smile and graciousness. We especially appreciated that you truly wanted to put us into something that we were completely happy with and were not interested in "just making the sale". When we first started looking for a house our friends told us to watch our realtor because we would be told someone else was bidding on the house we were looking at and would try to push us into making an offer as quickly as possible. It made me feel good to tell them that our realtor wasn't that way. You were really concerned about our needs and we felt it. All that to say ... we didn't realize how very much we appreciated you until we started looking for a house in Oklahoma. Although we liked our realtor personally, she didn't have near the knowledge that you had ... nor was she as committed or available to us as you were. You were always there when we needed you ... sometimes with only a days notice. I know we were not the easiest clients you ever had. It was almost sad when we finally found our house because we didn't get to spend as much time with you. You were a lot of fun and more like a friend than a realtor. But, then again, we did become friends or we wouldn't still be in touch via e-mail. Please know that, whenever we have friends looking for a house in your area, we will always recommend you.
